We all need time to truly become what the universe planned us to be. We don't need to rush, it's already a given. You just have to find out what that plan is and stick to it. You are on the right track; yeah there might be detours, sidetracks and delays, but if you are truly meant to be that person - it will happen if you apply yourself full force to the task

Staying on course throughout time is the key. Don't compromise, don't be swayed by the views of others - listen to your your heart and apply it with your head. Write a list of things you want to achieve the night before you start your day - don't make it too long. You don't want to become overwealmed by what you are trying to achieve. Complete a minumum of three. Never put off the hard tasks. Complete two easy ones with a hard task. You sense of achievement will be higher and you will be more likely to stay the course.

Remember to write in time to converse with creatives - the act of conversation will help you resolve problems and allow you to come up with great ideas you might not have thought of. Society was built on the construct of conversing with others to alleviate the burdens and stresses of life. You are never too busy for a conversation with colleagues, friends or family. Ideas and resolution come from the least likely of places and people. 'Mingling' is an invaluable tool in the book of business.
