Jemima Puddle-duck

So this week, it has been a bit difficult to get back to the busyness of the drawingboard, particularly with what's happening for the Sketa Oz Collection and teaching; given that latter must again occur an hour away from Toowoomba.

There are days, I am totally zapped after getting up a lot earlier than I normally function and then driving off, an hour away to some obscure school. However, I am very appreciate of all the lovely students and teachers, as they help me do what I love to do - draw and paint - especially in the rainy weather when everyone else tends to hibernate.

Give me rain any day in the week and I am a happy girl! Maybe that is why my ballet teacher nicknamed me Jemima Puddle-duck...
