One can always find a myriad of things to do - whether it be at home, in the office or the business. There will always be an opposing thing that will crop up in your mind that has the ability to sway you from doing that which really needs your undivided attention. There will always be that e-mail or list of internet tasks that will haunt your mind as being necessary to do now; that cup of coffee you desperately need to get now; that person you need to ring to organise your golf day - you and I know the list is endless and everyday it just gets bigger.

We are all caught up with technology and the companies that take over our lives - that which asks more of one than gives back - that which has to have everything finished yesterday. One is not obliged to remain in situations that consume our very souls that leave nothing of one at the end of the day, except a shell of a person who seeks the comfort of a pillow and bed. One then get up in the morning to repeat the same tedious tasks.

One has to ask, everyday if necessary ....


"What do I want out of life?"
"Is my life summed up by fulfilling other people's tasks?"
How do I want to be remembered?
"How and what really defines me?"

Everyone one on this planet is here for a reason, you need to find that reason - I don't reckon we are here to fulfill the dreams and pockets of conglomerates. Placing your efforts into activities that help your heart to 'sing', enables one to really 'live', not just merely exist.
