Christmas doesn't come around everyday and you won't always have an opportunity to say thank you, to the people you care about.  Personally, I think one should say thank you, I love you, I care and I'm sorry - whenever you think about it.  Life is so fleeting and before you know it - another year will have passed, another life will have extinguished and gone will be that opportunity you said, you'd get around to...  Leaving it until tomorrow will be too late - there is only now to say everything you want to say.

You might not think a card or even a book could have so much meaning, but when it is given with love, scribed with a caring verse from a loved one - it will be savoured for years to come.  Unlike electronic versions of something, such physical objects are kept as proof of one's care, love and devotion - something that is light and easily accessible. They say it is is the thought that counts - let your thoughts count this Xmas. Try giving a card or a gift to a perfect stranger, for no other reason than to make them happy, to make their day.  Trust me, the looks on their faces, will make yours!
