The Universe Shouldn't Own You

Hard work is one of those things that either grabs you by the horns, or you just can't be bothered making the effort.

For every ounce of effort taken, the universe rewards you three fold. Success won't happen over night, but it will happen if you remain focused, diligent and accept nothing less than what your heart desires. Yeah, you'll need to find your motivation and sometimes it will be one step forward - three steps back.

I won't lie, some days I wish the universe would just hand over the rule book.

​Though, I guess it's better that the journey gets tough, for when you come out the other side, you will have grown so much more, than ever having stood still.

"Nothing really happens without struggle"

...struggle with your beliefs, your thoughts, with who you are and what you are willing to accept. Nothing can change without change - change needs a new way of thinking - a new way of dissecting the problem and learning to think differently. It means finding a new way of going the extra mile when the odds seem stacked against you and it's not letting the universe dictate what will be.

Just keep swimming, swimming and don't let the big fish gobble you up!  There is enough room in the pond for everyone and if there isn't - remember to just keep swimming, swimming.  You never know... the other fish might tire and you could have the pond all to yourself.  Wouldn't that be nice?
